By utilizing its proprietary models, industry expertise and low cost of capital, Mosaic delivers full and turnkey funding to operators at an attractive cost and in a manner that maximizes the operator’s growth potential. In addition to funding the project, Mosaic will provide, on an as-needed basis, any other capabilities that may be necessary to ensure a successful project, including site procurement, site development, modular construction, vertical construction, and project management.
